Melaani's story

As you drive along the long road to the village of Melaani, close to the sky of Lam, you will find the family-style eco-vintage hotel Melaanian Vinta, surrounded by greenery with lots of pastel colors. The hosts of this space will offer interesting gastronomic master classes, visits to historical places and nature tours.

There are four rooms in the eco-vintage hotel, which can accommodate 12 people. Here you will find yourself in a different space for the Kakheti region and you will also join the bio natural herbal tea adventure tour.

If you spend the night here, you will have a different breakfast. You will start your morning with tea made from barambo leaves, asquil cockles and hawthorn flowers - these herbs are collected here in the forests and fields of Melani. For dessert, you will be served nugbar made from the berries of the village forest, sweets typical of the village and hearty pies.

The special direction of this ecotourism farm is bio-natural tea. The host currently produces two types of tea - barambo and rose bud tea, which you can buy here after the tasting.
